CGI Session not holding data

I am working on cgi/perl code for use through apache, and using a CGI Session. The code is a survery that asks sequential questions in the form of a dynamic page. Each questions is displayed seperatly as if on it's own page. The data is entered in an html form and then supposed to be entered into a CGI Session. The problem is it is only seeing the CGI data for the prior question not all of the questions. At the end of the survey all of the answers are supposed to be displayed. But only the last question answered comes up with any data. Any ideas on something that might be configured wrong? I have working code that works on one machine, but not on mine.
