Arrow Cgi for public_html


Here is my situation

i have the vhosts working correctly but i can get the cgi working on the users public_html

Can anyone give me a good example how to set up all users to have there own cgi bin directory, or paste your vhosts httpd.config ?

i did read the docs on apache and try the examples but no luck yet
