CFS scheduler's Nice value and vruntime relation

what is the relationship between the nice value and the vruntime of the new CFS scheduler. This link gives a good description about the linux CFS scheduler, however it is not clear the relationship with vruntime and the nice value..

http://countrycoders.com/comp314.php

also can any one explain how the weight is calculated for a given nice value?
