https://groups.google.com/forum/?fro...rs/0o0HBnKN2YY :
"nsmiracle" is fairly easy to install,
if you have a "Linux OS" with autotools, that nsmiracle will accept.
http://telecom.dei.unipd.it/pages/read/58/
1) In /home/<name>/ : $ tar xvf ns-allinone-2.34.tar.gz
$ cd ns-allinone-2.34/ && ./install ;
$ cd nsmiracle/
$ ./configure --with-ns-allinone=/home/<name>/ns-allinone-2.34/
$ make
Or 2) Use the "automatic setup" provided by "DESERT v1.0.0 (all-in-one folder)" ,
http://nautilus.dei.unipd.it/desert-underwater >
http://telecom.dei.unipd.it/ns/deser...e_1.0.0.tar.gz
Note 1: The above test builds, `July 2013´ :
The OS that worked was 'Scientific Linux SL5.7' / 'CentOS 5.7'.
I.e. the autotools (autoconf etc.) are the right versions.
Note 2: You can have as many ns-allinone-2.xx as you want,
installed at the same time.
* But do not add any *PATH text to .bashrc : Never required.
