Hello all. I have this problem. When I login in to the support center to create new ticket, and click on "Open Ticket" I got this:
Open a Ticket
Choose Destination:
And nothing else. The "Choose Destination:" is empty. How to create destination?

But I do not know how to create "contact situation (or situations)"
Can someone please help?
