cedega SteamInstall.exe -> Internal Error

Using cedega-4.2ForSteam, I can't get SteamInstall.exe to run. It gives me an error window that says "Internal Error", and with title "Installation Aborted!". After clicking OK, it returns to the shell with this error message:
Code:
# cedega SteamInstall.exe
0x90002304:1: Event manual=1 signaled=0 name=""
0x90008efc:1: Thread 0002 unix tid=22451 teb=0xb7fe8d60 state=1 process=0001
0x900022d4:1: Token owned by 0x90008e38
0x90008e38:1: Process 0001 next=(nil) prev=(nil) handles=(nil)
I was able to get calc.exe and notepad.exe running fine.

Any ideas?

I ended up copying over my Steam directory from a windows install, and it runs okay.
