CD Rom Problem

I tried to read a certain data from my cd rom, and I can't open it. I received a system message like this:

Could not enter folder /media/cdrecorder

What should I do?

hi
have u mounted ur cdrom drive,and do u heva directory where u are mounting ur cdrom drive

#mkdir /media/cdrom

#mount /dev/cdrom /media/cdrom

then try browsing ur drive at /media/cdrom

Thank you, it worked. Is it a way to mount automatically? once I introduced the cd

i haven't done that ,
but i came to now that there is this facilty in FC2,
i am too using FC2 but since i have not done full installation,so i am missing this functionality
