can't send mail using qmail

When I try to send mail to one server qmail shows that error:

Connected_to_193.201.172.114_but_my_name_was_rejected./Remote_host_said:_501_Syntax:_HELO_hostname/

hello frnd,
i also face this error berfore some time ,but after add the account at outlook this problem is solved
