Hi All,Having trouble tring to load Mandrake 9.2 on my computer that has xp on it. Was wanting two use both OS's.The BIO's are set for booting cd.When the first screen comes up,I click the install from cdrom.A window pops Up to back up files.thats done.So I click cont.It says its going to reboting my computer.It starts to shut down windows, Then hings and does go any feather.If I try to reboot from my reboot button on front of tower,goes back to doing the same thing.Just cant get passed that reboot spot.Dont know what I need to do to get pass that point to put Mandrake in.Can anybody help get me further?Been at it for a week,looking through all the forums and cant seem to fine answers.Thank you for help!

Sounds like you're trying to install Mandrake from within XP. I personally don't trust that feature. Try rebooting with the CD in your drive, and install from there (if it just automatically starts booting XP, then you know either your BIOS isn't set or there's a problem with your disc/drive).

I know the Mandrake Disk is good it boots fine in other puter.Checked bio's still shows cdrom is set first boot,so I guess I'll change the room drive and see if that changes anything.Thank you!
