I already downlaod x-cd-roast "cdrtools-2.00.3.tar.gz" , after unzip it, i had try to configure, make and then make install. When i try to type xcdroast to run the application it doesnt work.

What distro are you using?
Also if you open up a terminal and type "xcdroast" it will give you a read out of the error. |
It comes out the belowing error, seems i havent install it
[root@localhost eugene]# xcdroast bash: xcdroast: command not found Where does the default x-cd-roast install? I had ./configure, make and make install Can i know whats happen? Maybe the process comes out error Please help, thanks..... |
You might want to try the command in /usr/local instead of your /home directory.
Either that or do a: find / -name "xcdroast" Or if youre using redhat, you can become root and the type updatadb, then once the database is updated type locate xcdroast Also, check the install file. X CD Roast is finiky about the dependencies that are installed. |
what distro?
and what errors happen when you try to configure? |
