Can somone help me out with this, heres the virtual.conf file.

DocumentRoot /home/myppcsoftware/public_html
ServerName myppcsoftware.com
ServerAdmin myppcsoftware@mail.com
# YaST created entry
<Directory "/home/myppcsoftware/public_html">
Options None
AllowOverride None
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>
# YaST auto define section
<IfDefine SSL>
SSLEngine off
</IfDefine>
</VirtualHost><VirtualHost 192.168.1.2>
DocumentRoot /home/myppcsoftware/public_html
ServerName myppcsoftware.com
ServerAdmin myppcsoftware@mail.com
# YaST created entry
<Directory "/home/myppcsoftware/public_html">
Options None
AllowOverride None
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>
# YaST auto define section
<IfDefine SSL>
SSLEngine off
</IfDefine>
</VirtualHost>

Can someone tell me where I've gone wrong?

yes, but i thought I read somewhere that SuSe after 9.1 does things differently in where they can read from, maybe Im wrong, but permissions on the public_html directory and all files in it produce the same 403 error.

Im reinstalling SuSe for the 13th time right now again because I felt I messed around with too many things.
