Question cant copy files to fof

ok i just installed frets on fire 4 ubuntu and i want to put my own songs on it. i have the songs downloaded and i know whare to put them but when i try to copy them into the right folder i get this message
Error while copying.
The folder "Black Sabbath - Paranoid" cannot be copied because you do not have permissions to create it in the destination.

so how do i run file browser as admin?
(dont think im stupid ive only had ubuntu 4 2 days)

From a terminal run
Code:
gksudo nautilus &
gksudo is the command to run graphical (GTK+/GNOME) applications with root privileges. You will be prompted for your password in a pop-up.
