I cant build txt2html-2.30 to 2.40. its showing error as

Have you fully installed all of Perl? You are missing Build.pm, which if I recall correctly, comes with most standard Perl distributions. If not, try searching www.CPAN.org for Build.pm, and read their instructions on installing it.
