Ok..this is s personal printer fix for all the users of printer CANON i455:it's very difficult to make it work in Linux but i fixed it:
1)download and install cups 1.2.12 and gutenprint 5.0.1
2)type in the browser bar
http://localhost:631
3)DON'T CHOOSE CANON i455 DRIVER
4
)choose instead this driver: Canon BJC-7100 Foomatic/bjc800 and select resolution of 600 dpi
5)after choosing print before printing select at printing options always o,3 inches from each side
6)Now it works perfectly (in my pc with Kubuntu 7.04 ) !
