Cannot install Icecat

Hi All,

I'm trying to install icecat 7.0.1 on Fedora 16 x64, and I successfully configured and ran make. But when I run "sudo make install" I get

Code:
run-icecat.sh: Cannot execute /home/kaiwens/Downloads/icecat-7.0.1/dist/bin/xpcshell.

make[1]: *** [install] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/kaiwens/Downloads/icecat-7.0.1/browser/installer'
make: *** [install] Error 2
Help would be appreciated!

Does the file exist? Is it executable?

No, the xpcshell does not even exist. Actually, I just realized that the make ran into problems:

Code:
make[4]: Entering directory `/home/kaiwens/Downloads/icecat-7.0.1/security/dbm'
../coreconf/config.mk:71: ../coreconf/Linux3.1.mk: No such file or directory
make -j1: *** No rule to make target ../coreconf/Linux3.1.mk. Stop.
make[4]: *** [../coreconf/Linux3.1.mk] Error 1
make[4]: Leaving directory `/home/kaiwens/Downloads/icecat-7.0.1/security/dbm'
make[3]: *** [libs] Error 2
make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/kaiwens/Downloads/icecat-7.0.1/security/manager'
make[2]: *** [libs_tier_platform] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/kaiwens/Downloads/icecat-7.0.1'
make[1]: *** [tier_platform] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/kaiwens/Downloads/icecat-7.0.1'
make: *** [default] Error 2
Perhaps the kernel is not compatible? I'm running fc 3.1.
