Can Send, but Not Receive

Setting up sendmail with webmin. I can send mail, but can't receive.

I get this error: Error while Fetching Mail: could not connect to POP server <my.email.com> (port 110) connection refused.

I have ports opened thats not the problem. I made the changes in the ipop3 file. Kind of lost right now. Anyone help?

Hello,

I have Mandrake 9.1 installed, using KMail, have not used this sendmail, but do you have the proper entry for your POP server, as in name?........etc........
