Can Samhain log my entries in /var/log/secure and /var/log/messages to a central server?

Or is the remotely logging they are talking about only to log the results of there file integrity checking to the remote log server?

Well, you can push anything being logged by syslog out to a remote machine. That seems like it would do what you want. Unless you want to log only the Samhain entries remotely?
