Can not kill Wine! Help!

We are running Lotus Notes R6 and over time we see several wine-preloaders running. I have tried 'killall wine-preloader -s KILL' even kill -9 <PID> and still the dam things will not go away.

Is there any other way to kill them without having to reboot the systems?

Thanks,
Bryan

Have you tried
Code:
killall wineserver
to stop it?

Yep, that just kills the wineserver. There are 5+ wine-preloaders running and those we can not kill. I notice it is running something with pthread. I can give you more ps -ef or pstree output if you need it.
