Can mkisofs create two small ISO images instead of one big one?
I have used mkisofs to create a large ISO image that I can burn to a dual layer DVD, and it is possible to play this RDL DVD. However, DLs cannot be played on some players. It would be highly desirable to create two smaller ISO images that can be burned to plain writable DVD+R disks. Is there a way for mkisofs or some other program to create two smaller ISO images or to use a burning tool like K3B or brasero to do the same thing? The idea is to create two DVDs that can be PLAYED on DVD players, not merely to split the data and transfer it with the intention of pasting the parts back together. Any ideas?
