Can I switch user on an open Konqueror window
I am logged in as a user and have a Konqueror window open in KDE. Is there a way I can change from my user account to root for just that Konqueror window without logging out and back in.
I see if I need to access like network it ask for root password. Is this feature possible in Konqueror.
Reason Sometimes I need to view a file but it is only available to root. The only way I have been doing it is to open a terminal session and su in. Then edit the file, save, and exit.
You are welcome . And don't you worry about "to think simply". You've not seem me programming yet. I make the worse unreadable spaghetti code ever, I can never find a easy, simple way to program, even in VB
