can i limit bandwidth on a site i am hosting?

hey there,
i was just wondering if there is a way that i can put a cap on the amount of bandwidth that one of my domains that i am virtual hosting with apache can serve out?

one of the sites i am hosting is for a church, they put their sermons on mp3 for folks to download and when this happens, i don't want it to block the other sites or make them really sluggish. I am hosting 7 at the present time. I have a 1.5 meg upload cap from my isp.

So, is this something to worry about ? and if so, is there a way to put a cap on how much they can serve out at a time?

thanks for any tips.

If it is something to worry about, probably you'd be the best person to decide ! ;-)

As far as limiting bandwidth is concerned, you can make use of apache's mod_cband which can set virtualhosts' and users' bandwidth quotas, maximal download speed, requests-per-second speed and the maximal number of simultanous IP connections.
