Can I change the Icons on Mwm ?

I have been playing around with our mwm screen. ( Suse 8.1) We are running a couple of applications that if you minimize them, the icon on the screen is just the little 4 squares in the frame. If I minimize the Mozilla browser window, the icon is a Netscape picture. The ICAClient ( Citrix) minimized is a little graphical ICA.

What I want to do, is personalize the icons for a couple of the apps running. First off I found a folder of bitmaps in /usr/X11R6/include/X11/bitmaps. I went into /home/user/.Xdefaults and added the following lines:
Mwm*bitmapDirectory: /usr/X11R6/include/X11/bitmaps
Mwm*iconImage: elephant.xbm

Now, every open window that is minimized has a bitmap pic of an elephant.

I found the line Mwm*my_application*iconImage:
and tried to set it but what would be considered " my_application " ? I have tried putting the executable names in here, app folder name, etc but have not been successful in finding what they want here. If I wanted to change the icon for say Mozilla, I would have thought I could put "mozilla" in there for my_application & be done with it but that doesn't work.

Any ideas ???
Thanks,
Steve
