Can anyone recommend and email program that supports http mail?

No, I'm not talking about web based mail programs, I'm talking about one that supports POP3 AND http based transfer.

You can use any mail client that supports multiple accounts to use both an SMTP/POP or IMAP account and with the help of a script like gotmail grab mail from a webmail provider and drop it in a local mailbox.
