Angry CAN'T PLAY ENCRYPTED DVDs ON XINE

What does it take to play a freakin DVD on Xine? I feel like a trick poodle jumpin through all the hoops to play my 200 DVDs bought and paid for. I couldn't get gcc compiler , so I downloaded Xine and nessesary programs using Synaptic. Can play my unencrypted DVDs, but not the encrypted 99%. I downloaded the gcc compiler using Synaptic and used the Linurati.nets How to get your DVDs to Play in Linux. Still only plays unencrypted. What should I post here to get this fixed?

Make sure you have "libdvdcss" on your system. If this does not work, go to xine's website for more info.
