I´m using Ubuntu Feisty and Open Office 2.2. I´m sharing files and printers at home using Samba which runs smoothly. There´s no problem moving files from Ubuntu to Windows Xp and vice versa. However, when I´m trying to open a file located at the WIndows machine in OpenOffice (Ubuntu machine) I get a message that says there is something wrong with the network. It doesn´t matter if it´s MSOffice or OpenOffice format. If I copy the file from Windows machine to Ubuntu machine first then there´s no problem opening it. If I try to save a file from OpenOffice to the WIndows machine I get an error message that says that the file doesn´t exist.
