Can't watch videos using fedora 7, which option is best for me?Adobe Flash?

I've installed fedora 7 and i'm having difficulties watching videos through my media player provided and on the internet. Should I use adobe flash or something else. When I had fedora 13 there were difficulties downloading adobe flash. I'm new to this os and would very appreciate assistance. thanx!

Welcome to LQ.

Forget Fedora 7 - it's as old as the hills, and probably older than your hardware. Go back to Fedora 13, or some recent distro. Grab a flash player for firefix on adobe.com, and if it doesn't install, post again.

Fedora 7 is very old and no longer supported. Fedora 13 is the current version.

One super-easy method for adding multimedia support to Fedora 13 is by using a script called Easylife: http://easylifeproject.org/
