Hi,

you'll need to provide a little more information. How exactly are you trying to install banshee and what errors are you encountering? Also, what distro are you using?

Hi,

distro is short for "Linux Distribution". Examples are Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL, Suse, etc.

If you are using Ubuntu then you should use your package manager to install banshee. See:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/InstallingSoftware

Or, for a quick commandline approach:
Code:
sudo apt-get install banshee
Evo2.
