Can't read files larger than 2.14 GB

Our Red Hat 64-bit EE can't read files larger than (about 2**31) bytes. Files can be created by any means, but attempts to read get "access denied". Creating a file smaller than 2.14 GB behave normally. I suspect it's from LinuxShield. Anyone else see this?

Have you mounted a Windows file system on this server?

No Windows file systems have been mounted, but it does connect to a SQL server 2003 database on a Windows machine. The problem was LinuxShield, McAfee has fixed it in a version earlier than we had - don't know the version number.
