Unhappy Can't preview html files in mandrake 9.1

First, i've tried searching google and chasing threads here with no luck.
I'm running Mandrake 9.1, and I've installed it several times on several boxes, but I keep running into the same problem every time.

Instead of giving a thumbnail preview for html files, I only get a picture of a globe. It worked fine on Arklinux (But I couldn't get online), and Peanut linux (But I couldn't get the c compiler to work, a shame 'cause it looked like a great distro), but not mandrake.

Any help appreciated.

P.S. I'm a newbie, so please use a little lube :-)

I think that in the Control Center, under Desktop-->Behaviour, there is an option to change what gets a preview. See if HTML files is in there and put a tick next to it if it needs one.

Are you using Gnome, KDE, or what? Mandrake 9.1 comes with several different desktops.

Good point, following Andrew Benton's post please note that the above instructions by me are for KDE. I don't use any other WM so I can't help with those.
