Unhappy Can't open webmin in TurboLinux8

First I want to say HEY

Okay, here is my problem

I've installed the Promo Edition of TurboLinux 8.0 Server without any problems.
With this distribution the administration tool "webmin" got installed
with an entry in the menu list.

But when I click on the webmin icon, I get this error message in Konqueror:
"Cannot open https://localhost:10000"

I've tried it with 'http://....' instead of https//:, but still no success.
No proxy is used when connecting to localhost (Konqueror settings)

Any ideas .... ?
The only reason I can think of, is the security level I've choosen during install.
I've choosen the highest level (for webservers), maybe "webmin" only works
with the medium security level (for workstations and LAN server)
But how to change the security level after installation?

Any help is highly appreciated. Thanx in advance....

Try it in another browser it won't work in konqueror for me, but in Mozilla it works fine for me.

Angry Still no success.....

Thanx, Edward78, for your fast reply.

I've tried it with Mozilla, but still no success.....
The error message is "Connection refused....."

What entry prevents Konqueror and Mozilla to connect
to localhost/127.0.0.1 ?

I get the same error message when trying to open the
CUPS administration tool:
"Could not connect to localhost (port 631)"

So it seems the problem isn't related to webmin, but
for whatever reason no connection to localhost is possible

Some more ideas?

Smile Problem partly solved ....

Problem partly solved..........

I must manually start webmin in the "SysV Init Editor"
before I can open it in Konqueror.

Is there an easy way to make webmin start during boot up?
