Can't install gtkmm on FC3

I've downloaded gtkmm (2.4) from yum, but when I type pkg-config I get an error saying I have no sigc++2.0 package installed. I, however, have downloaded and installed the sigc++ (from source), but pkg-config can't find it... =/

When I type rpm -qa | grep sigc++ I get:

libsigc++-1.2.5-3.1.fc3.rf
libsigc++2-2.0.6-3.rhfc3.nr

I get:
libsigc++20-devel-2.0.3-0.fdr.1.2
libsigc++20-2.0.3-0.fdr.1.2
I've installed them with yum install gtkmm24\* .
