Can't get UT2003 to install on AMD64

Before i get the usual answer, I KNOW UT2003 hasn't been compiled for 64bit Linux. I know it's a 32bit application.......now the question :

When i run the Ut2003 script file, i get an error stating the it wasn't compilied for "glibc-2.1 x86_64".

That's fine and i understand that, but i do have the x83 glibc installed as well as the x86_64.

THE QUESTION :

How do i set the glibc environment to get the 32bit glibc rather than the x86_64 glibc in situations where i want to install 32bit applications.

Mandrake 9.2 AMD64
AMD 64 Athlon
