Please check if the cd you used can be written on, that it's not full already and that it has no scratches.
If it still doesn't work then try to rip al the music files from the cd with sound-juicer or grip or something and then create a new audio disc in k3b and put all the files on it that you have just ripped.
I ripped the CD with kAudio Creator-CD Ripper. I ripped them as a wav file (don't know which is the best) and then was able to burn them to a CD-R. There was one track I wasn't able to rip with kAudio Creator-CD Ripper, but was able to rip it with k3b, although it went fairly fast, and their was some scratching sounds when I played it back.
I'm not familiar with burning CDs, and k3b doesn't have much information on what the settings and options are for. Do you know a place where I can learn about these?
