i suggest using the RPM from the openoffice page.

all yo do is get like 5 or 10 rpms in ONE big file (usualy off of a torrent and run

as root rpm -Uhv *rpm in the dir with the rpm file and it will put OOo 2 onto your fc 2 3 or 4 system.

hedpe,
can you tell me how you got it?
I'd like to get the same (& FF 1.5) onto FC3.
I don't want to go hunting around for RPMs individually, as this will be for my office machine & I can't afford to break it.
Thanks

apt-get for fc3 is great.

go to google and type DAG. the dag site has a rpm for apt, the rpm is prebuilt with DAG ( a APT and yum repo) alreayd sintalled and DAG rocks for fedora 3. if you want great stable FC3 rpms there the site and APT is jsut great.

simply google......DAG.....isntall DAGS apt rpm........update and install
