Caldera & Mouse setup

Hi,

I have installed Win2k & Caldera OpenLinux 3.1 (Workstation) on a Compaq Presario PC. The installation & dual boot went well. But while logging into Caldera, I could see the mouse pointer(arrow) and it moves around when I move te mouse. When I click on an item on the desktop or taskbar it doesn't work. I checked up the device nod under /dev/mouse and it exists.
File /dev/interrupts file shows "usbdevice" against the interrupt 12. If that's the problem how to set the interrupt right ?.

Any help/pointers highly appreciated.

Thanx
Vee
