caitoo-0.6.6

hello,
i tried to install the download manager caitoo-0.6.6, but with ./configure it says qt 1.42 libraries and headers not found.
but i'm sure to have at least qt 3.0.... installed in my mdk 9.0
how can this problem be solved?

Qt 1.4.x is not compatible with QT 3.x. You need to install QT1.4.x additionally.

If you install it under a different directory than qt3, you should not have any problem. Have a look at docs.

Oh, I saw a little message about a pre kde 2 version (have a look at apps.kde.com). It will use qt2, maybe that is already installed on your machine.

As I'm curious: Is there a special reason you want using caitoo, 'cause I think there are other download managers, which I think will be easier to installed.
