You need to install a package called mono. I am not sure if Fedora Core 4 has a package for mono. If it does not, you can compile it from source. The source package is available from mono-project.com.

Thats just it mono is installed but i set it to be a static install so i dont know if thats what caused it to not find C# will try again.

Another thing is that when i run the mod-mono-server or xsp server and try to load a page i get the following error.
Code:
mod_mono and xsp have different versions.
and the page does not load propperly just get this
Code:
Stack Trace:

System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Directory '/home/user/public_html/1.1' not found.
in <0x00578> System.IO.Directory:GetFileSystemEntries (System.String path, System.String pattern, FileAttributes mask, FileAttributes attrs)
in <0x00011> System.IO.Directory:GetDirectories (System.String path, System.String pattern)

in <0x0009d> System.Web.UI.Page:ProcessRequest (System.Web.HttpContext context)
in <0x01098> System.Web.HttpApplication+<Pipeline>__1:MoveNext ()

what i notice is that it includes the "1.1" at the end of the public_html when that is not suppose to be their.

Anyhelp would be useful thanks

Try this and see if it helps:
"mkdir /home/user/public_html/1.1"

It probably won't help much, but hopefully you can get a better error message if that directory exists.
