burning vcd .bin files to a CD

I downloaded a film which has a directory with .nfo .cue and .bin files in it but I have no clue about how to burn a CD with thse files.

I made and iso of the directory burnt it to CD using cdrecord but Totem reports that although it has a vcd plugin it cant read the disc.

What's the solution? what steps do other people do burn vcds?

good suggestion.

cdrdao write --device 1,0,0 --overburn --driver generic-mmc-raw The\ Grudge\ TS\ STN\ kvcd\ -\ Hockney\(A\ TUS\ Release\).cue worked just fine.

thanks
