Building glibc for i686 on RHEL-4

Anyone able to tell me why the following command :

rpmbuild --rebuild --target i686 glibc-2.3.4-2.25.src.rpm

...only produces the following 3 RPMs :

glibc-2.3.4-2.25.i686.rpm
nptl-devel-2.3.4-2.25.i686.rpm
glibc-debuginfo-2.3.4-2.25.i686.rpm

....and the command below :

rpmbuild --rebuild --target i386 glibc-2.3.4-2.25.src.rpm

...produces the full compliment of :

glibc-2.3.4-2.25.i386.rpm
glibc-devel-2.3.4-2.25.i386.rpm
glibc-headers-2.3.4-2.25.i386.rpm
nptl-devel-2.3.4-2.25.i386.rpm
glibc-profile-2.3.4-2.25.i386.rpm
nscd-2.3.4-2.25.i386.rpm
glibc-utils-2.3.4-2.25.i386.rpm
glibc-common-2.3.4-2.25.i386.rpm
glibc-debuginfo-2.3.4-2.25.i386.rpm
glibc-debuginfo-common-2.3.4-2.25.i386.rpm

I've tried both builds (i386 & i686) for both :

glibc-2.3.4-2.25
glibc-2.3.4-2.19

...and I get the same problem.

Any enlightenment would prove most welcome

TIA

Justin
