Angry btree unsuported version


I have this error :
DB2 problem...: /opt/www/htdig/db/db.words.db: unsupported btree version number 7
I'm going crazy,my script is working when I use it in the terminal mode but when I access it via the web I have this error...Must I upgrade btree?if yes how?What does mean number 7?
