Exclamation bsetbg gives me an error when trying to set the background

I dont know what happend, but when i tryied to set my bg this happend:

bsetbg -full /tmp/Backgrounds/bin.jpg
bsetbg: 'xv -rmode 5 -root -quit /tmp/Backgrounds/bin.jpg' exited with status 127
bsetbg: using 'do_standard' as default

i think my libjpeg or somthing is F$ck3d up because i can do a bsetbg -solid black and it will work fine.
Can anyone help?
