Hello eveyone

I have a strange problem, which I can't sovle it. my problem is this

Lately i upgraded my computer main board (Already i have an Asus P3133)
I installed every linux version that I wished (Mandrake, Fedora, Suse . . .)
My new main board is an Gigabyte RZ Series from upgrade time to the
present when I installed Linux beside Window when I choice Windows
as my selection to run the computer hang up. apparently this prpblem
is backed to the Windows because when I remove partitions that Linux
installtion program maked the computer boot normally. I must say that
I use Window XP SP2 and I think this problem is for any other
Windows version. All Linux version have this problem except Fedora Codre
3 I appreciate to anyone that help me.

you remove the windows partions? or linux?
How? Do you remove a hole harddisk or you just unmount them?? or format?
