Smile Booting Kali in VirutualBox on Mac osx


hey guys ive got i problem when i try to boot kali in VM it gives me this error any idea's?? ive searched for a while and found nothing so any help would be great thanks!!!

It seems that the .iso file you want to use is corrupted. Download it again, use md5sum to see if the download is correct and try it again.

No luck with that the md5sum was fine but i downloaded another .iso just to be sure still did the same thing any ideas???
