booting from usb keychain drive

Is it possible to use isolinux or something similar to boot several OS images? I currently have a CD that uses isolinux so you can pick which floppy/cd image to boot, and would like to do the same thing with my keychain drive (SanDisk Cruzer Mini 256MB), which is bootable already. Please post here if you have some good ideas or know how to do this. Thanks!
