Question Boot message

The Linux 7.2 drive is the slave on my first IDE. After editing the GRUB to read root=/dev/hdb6, I get this message-

Booting command-list
rootnoverify (hd0,0) root=/dev/hdb6
chainloader+1
Type the name of the command intrepreter (e.g., C:\WINDOWS\COMAND.COM)
C>_

What should I enter now? Many thanks.

Exactly what are you trying to do? Are you trying to boot windows? If so, your windows section would look like this:

title windows
rootnoverify (hd0,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1

The (hd0,0) refers to the hda1 partition. If that's not the correct partition for windows, you'll have to substitute the correct one.
