Bluetooth has a great range of console programs to transfer files easily between phone and computer but in the GUI department they are much more limited. You're basically stuck with gnome-bluetooth, kbluetooth or there are things like a obexftp plugin for mc. What version of gnome-bluetooth do you have installed? 0.6.0 was just released the other day, perhaps you simply need to upgrade. I don't know how to check what version is installed on FC, it'll be in Yum somewhere I guess.
