Blank page if access external

Hello,

I get a blank page if I access my server externally.
When I access it on my LAN everything works fine (I can see stuff).

Why is it happening?

Thanks

Ok what is your server running on - linux?

And try out the following from the external PC
If the external pc is a linux pc try this

nmap serverIP

This will tell you if http port is open to the external world and if it can be accessed.
If you dont see the http port as open then probably a firewall may may be blocking the port from access.

Cheers
Z
