blackbox install problems

Hi. Im using Mandrake 9.0 and Im trying to install blackbox. When I type ./configure I get an error message about not being able to create executeables, and when I check the error log, this is the error:

gcc: installation problem, cannot exec `cc1plus': No such file or directory

How can I fix this? Thanx

this isnt an error of not being able to create exectables.. ITs saying it cant find the file cc1plus and exec that. Try to find out where this file is and that you have it.

just reinstall gcc with the c++ support and use that or upgrade it to the newest gcc version and make sure you have the one that has G++ (the c++ compiler)
search for 'gcc download' on google.com
I am not sure how to upgrade gcc but it should have info on gcc website.
