hey im using a BitchX Client on my root to have a bot for functions like "!rules" whicht /msgs the rules to every player who types !rules to channel. how can i do this? can u give me some help and an example plz? because i cant get it :(

already got it^^ uninstalled bitch-x and installed eggdrop^^ should use a bot not a regular irc client ^^"
