Better bug tracking/reporting software? Alternative to bugzilla?

We develop software, and we'd like to use BugZilla, but it's been too confusing and complicated for our users to figure out and use. I was wondering if there is alternative bug reporting systems out there that are geared to be user friendly to the average user?I like BugZilla, but it's complicated and hard to use

A friend of mine is quite happy with Mantis. For small projects, though, I prefer mailing lists. They are the easiest to use - everybody can send a mail.
